What will you see along the bike route?
I’m sure you are thinking “I guess I’ll see a bunch of Zombies.” Oh no. There will be much more than that along the Bike Loop. Expect to see a number of professional Halloween actors, zombie bike mechanics (providing free bicycle repairs), professional photography at designated areas, and much, much more. In 2021 there was even a Bigfoot sighting. Wow! That was AMAZING!

Skydiving Zombies
THAT’S NOT ALL – At 3:30 PM, end your journey through zombie land by heading to Community Park and watch zombies fall from the sky. That is right! Zombies will hurtle their undead corpses towards earth and then safely parachute to the ground. Skydiving zombies are compliments of Skydance Skydiving located at the Yolo County Airport.

Beware of falling zombies at the Davis Odd Fellows Zombie Bike Ride. This zombie that is about to land in Community Park is saved by the fact that it was wearing a parachute and was able to pull the rip cord with it’s unsevered hand. Photography by Stewart Savage.
Downtown Zombie Mash-up
The Halloween festivities do not end at Community Park. After watching the zombies plummet to earth and saved only by the fact that their un-severed hands were able to pull the cords and open their parachutes, head to downtown Davis and enjoy the Zombie Mash-up. This awesome party of the undead will take place from 4 PM to 6 PM at E Street Plaza.
Will it be just a bunch of people milling about. NO! So much to do at the Zombie Mash-up. Here is a list of features so far.
- Enjoy and dance to music by DJ Duc Jones.
- Fire University Fire Dancers will put on a truly memorable show.
- Zombie entertainment by the Zombie Club
Be sure to visit restaurants in downtown Davis for a fantastic array of food, drink and dessert options.

Comedy Show and Fundraiser
Each year, the Odd Fellows Zombie Bike Ride just keeps getting bigger and better. This year, after the bike ride, after the zombie parachute show, after the E Street party, head to the Davis Odd Fellows Lodge for the Zombie Bike Ride Comedy Show. This fundraiser is sure to tickle that zombie funny bone (if you still have one).
This comedy show/fundraiser will feature the one and only Brent Pella. That’s right! The same Brent Pella that is a stand-up comic and current cast member on MTV’s Wild ’N Out. Brent Pella is a Davis native. He is best known for his topical comedy and political satire. His impressions of Eminem, Joe Rogan, and Governor Gavin Newsom are his claim to fame. Pella’s comedy sketches, celebrity impressions, and parody music videos have been rumored to have gained more than 200 million views online and have been featured on television and websites.
The Zombie Bike Ride Comedy Show will be on
Sunday, October 30, 2022. 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Davis Odd Fellows Lodge, 415 2nd Street, Davis, CA 95616
